What We Build
Wired Networks
Structured cabling (CAT6 / CAT6a), business-grade switches with PoE, fiber backhaul where it makes sense. We label everything, document the layout, and leave behind a network you (or a future tech) can actually maintain.
Wireless Networks
UniFi, Aruba, and Cisco Meraki access points with proper coverage planning — not the “one router in the corner” setup that fails the second you have 20 simultaneous devices. Heat-mapped to your floor plan, with VLAN separation between staff Wi-Fi, guest Wi-Fi, POS, and security cameras.
Firewalls & Network Security
Business-grade firewalls (UniFi, Sophos, SonicWall) with intrusion prevention, content filtering, and remote-access VPN for staff who need to work off-site. We turn on the security features that consumer routers do not have.
Network Segmentation
POS, kitchen, office, security cameras, guest Wi-Fi, and IoT devices each get their own VLAN. If guest Wi-Fi gets compromised, your POS and back-office stay safe. PCI compliance requires this; most small businesses do not have it.
What We Fix
- Wi-Fi that drops every time the dining room fills up
- Slow internet that is actually a router problem, not an ISP problem
- Devices that work on one access point and not another (roaming failure)
- VPN setups that staff cannot use because they are not actually configured
- Networks that “just stop working” once a quarter and need a power cycle
- Inherited setups with no documentation, no labels, and no idea where cables go
Ongoing IT Support
Many of our networking clients also use us for ongoing IT support — user onboarding, software issues, computer repair, server maintenance, vendor coordination. We offer a flat-rate monthly plan or as-needed billing depending on your size and uptime needs.
Industries We Work In

- Retail — POS, security cameras, guest Wi-Fi all on one infrastructure
- Professional offices (legal, medical, financial) — security and compliance focused

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you take over an existing network?
Yes. Most of our networking work starts with inheriting somebody else’s install. We document what is there, identify what is broken or risky, and fix it incrementally rather than ripping everything out.
Do you handle ISP issues?
We are not the ISP, but we coordinate with Comcast, AT&T, Hotwire, and the other Palm Beach County providers when there is a circuit issue, and we can usually tell quickly whether the problem is yours or theirs.
Will you sell me equipment, or do I buy my own?
Either. We are not married to a particular vendor and we do not mark up hardware aggressively. If you want to buy your own, that is fine — we will tell you what to order. If you want us to source it, we will.
How long does a typical network install take?
For a small office (1–2 access points, 1 switch, 1 firewall) — one day. For a 5,000sf restaurant with cameras and POS integration — 2–3 days plus prep. We work around your hours when needed.
What does ongoing support cost?
Monthly support plans start around $200–$500 depending on user count and equipment. As-needed work is billed by the hour. We will quote based on your actual setup.
