How long do most repairs take?

Most repairs are done within 48 hours of drop-off. Virus removal and software issues are usually same-day. Hardware repairs depend on parts availability — we order Mac and PC parts as needed and most arrive within 1–2 business days.

Do you do on-site repair, or is everything in-shop?

Both. For network setups, multi-computer offices, and equipment that is hard to move (all-in-ones, gaming PCs, business workstations) we come to you anywhere in Palm Beach County. For everything else, in-shop is faster and cheaper.

Mac or PC?

Both. We work on Macs (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Studio, Mac mini) and PCs (Windows desktops and laptops, gaming PCs, custom builds, Linux). We do not service iPads or iPhones — for those, Apple is a better fit.

What does virus removal cost?

Standard virus removal is $129 with our pickup-and-return option, or starts at $99 if you bring it in. Severe infections (rootkits, ransomware) may cost more — we quote before we start.

Can you recover data from a failed hard drive?

Often, yes. We can recover from logically failed drives (corrupted file systems, accidental deletion, formatted drives) with a high success rate. Mechanically failed drives (clicking, will not spin) need clean-room recovery — those jobs run $500 to $2000+ depending on the failure, and we can refer you out.
