We do not do POS software programming — menu changes, item builds, discount config, tax rate changes, or report customization. Those are configuration tasks for your POS vendor, and they generally do them well. We focus on the physical layer your vendor will not touch: terminals, printers, cash drawers, network, and cabling. Do you do nights and weekends?

Yes. Restaurants do not break Monday at 10am — they break Friday at 7pm. After-hours and weekend emergency service is available at a premium rate.

No. Most of our POS work is done as needed, billed by the visit. For multi-location or high-uptime operations, we offer a flat-rate monthly support plan that includes priority response and proactive health checks.
