PBJ CRM Suite 1.45.0: Theme Foundation and Everything

A foundational admin theme, complete palettes, true Everything profiles, responsive menus, correct invoice terms, focused dispatch finishing and searchable Vault management.

The PBJ CRM suite’s August 16 release makes theming a foundation instead of a layer painted over WordPress, and it closes the gaps in profile activity, responsive navigation, invoice terms, dispatch finishing and Vault management.

PBJ CRM 1.45.0

  • The optional suite theme now owns the whole WordPress admin, including core pages and other plugins’ conventional panels, tables, notices, forms, selections and menu states.
  • Named palettes are complete light-and-dark takeovers. Choosing one warns before clearing individual colour adjustments. The palettes are more distinct; Florida remains Florida, Miami is separate, Notebook is handwritten paper, and Rustic becomes a whiteboard or chalkboard.
  • Theme previews, palette dots, button samples and font choices show and apply their own authored defaults.
  • Employee Everything views can include tasks, current tickets, invoices, visits and safe Vault metadata.
  • Toolbar output is one uploaded logo or one “PBJ CRM” text fallback, never both, and notification counts refresh after every CRM route change.
  • Portal tabs, admin tabs and nested subtabs become accessible hamburger menus at smaller widths.
  • Staff manage their own Notification settings from their profile; owners retain site and group rules in admin.

PBJ Helpdesk 2.34.0

Current tickets join CRM Everything for their customer, business, assignee and creator, using the existing visibility rules. Personal helpdesk notification choices now use the CRM profile setting.

PBJ Invoicing 1.25.0

New invoices and repeat bills honor the configured due terms—including due today—instead of falling back to thirty days. Agent-created invoices appear for the creator, their managers and owners in CRM Everything.

PBJ Dispatch & Appointments 1.16.0

Close asks for miles, follow-up asks for its time and opens the new visit, and ticket closes the visit and opens the new ticket. The date control fits on phones and keeps its calendar button. Current visits join CRM Everything.

PBJ Vault 1.12.0

Pin targets are searchable. Modules → Vault → Manage records now searches, filters, sorts and pages across sub-databases with deliberate row and selected-record deletion. CRM Everything receives metadata only; protected Vault values remain out of that path.

No release changes Vault encryption or recovery. The five update packages are published and available through their licensed update manifests.
