PBJ Templates

One place to write everything your business sends — marketing emails, the notices that send by themselves, invoice and estimate layouts, per-person signatures, letters on your letterhead and documents a client can sign, built once in a drag-and-drop designer and filled in from the customer records you already keep in PBJ CRM.

$25 one-time per major version — every 1.x update is free through the licence channel, 3 sites per key. Requires PBJ CRM 7.10.

What it does

  • One library, seven kinds. Marketing emails, notices, invoice & estimate layouts, signatures, portal notices, letters and signable documents on one shelf, with the kind as a filter chip, not a separate screen.
  • A builder that makes email that survives Outlook. Drag in a heading, words, a photo, a button, two or three columns; the builder turns them into the sturdy table HTML email clients actually render, with a plain-text twin built alongside.
  • Your customer data, already in the box. Merge fields come from the CRM — and from Invoicing, Helpdesk and Dispatch where they belong — each with an answer for when the record is empty. Nobody gets an email addressed to “Hi ,”. Pick a real person and every field shows what it will actually say.
  • The designer is where the work happens. “Designed email (HTML)” on a marketing email opens it inside the campaign screen; every Templates settings panel in the suite leads with it; your own settings open your signature in it.
  • The emails that send themselves are yours to design. The ticket-closed note, the visit reminder, the invoice email — each starts from the words it sends today and takes your logo, colours and buttons the moment you publish.
  • Invoice and estimate paper. Letter or A4, margins, a line-items block with your columns and headings, a Pay button, page numbers; press Make a sample PDF and your longest real invoice prints on it.
  • One signature, everybody’s own details. Build the sign-off once; each person’s name, title, number and photo fill in from their profile. Copy the finished HTML into Gmail or Outlook in one press.
  • Photos from the files you already have. The customer’s own files sit beside the Photo block; on a phone, take the picture at the job and it lands in the email and in their file at the same time.
  • Preview it as a real customer. Computer, phone, and side by side with dark mode, the plain-text twin, and a short list of what is worth fixing before you send.
  • Send it. Pick saved lists and tags, see who will receive it and who is left out and why, choose the mailbox and where replies go, send now or a few at a time.
  • Documents a client signs. Drop in a signature box, email a private link; they sign on their phone and the signed copy is filed against their record with the audit line.
  • Remove it and nothing breaks. Without a published layout invoices print exactly as they do today; without the plugin every screen falls back to its plain-text editor.

Before you buy

PBJ Templates is a module: it requires PBJ CRM 7.10 or newer and does not run on its own. Marketing sends need a connected mailbox in the CRM; invoice layouts and the signed-document PDF need PBJ Invoicing 7.06; visit and ticket notices need PBJ Dispatch and PBJ Helpdesk. $25 one time per major version, 3 sites per key, every 1.x update free through the licence channel.
