PBJ Forms & Products

• Products (2.0) — a separate product catalog: each product has its own picture, sales copy, price, payment gateway and button label, and one switch — Purchase now or Add to cart
• A one-page cart (2.1) — pictures, price each, a plus/minus quantity stepper and Remove on every line, a running total, and checkout on the same page with a pay button that states the amount
• One six-step Setup — Basics, Payments, Protection, Appearance, Cart, Finish; resumable, and every step can be skipped and run again later
• Unlimited forms, each embeddable anywhere by shortcode — (slug and title survive a site sync; numeric ids also work)
• Every standard field type — text, email, phone, URL, number, date, paragraph, dropdown, radio, checkbox, consent, hidden — plus a Custom input for anything else
• Drag-to-reorder field builder with a Required toggle, half/full width layout, and per-field help text
• Stripe, Square, and PayPal — choose one per product, fixed price set on the product (a product sold through the cart is charged by the cart’s gateway), charged at submit, with idempotent charges that can never double-bill
• Buyer receipt emails on paid submissions, and admin notifications that include amount, transaction ID and gateway with Reply-To set to the buyer
• Submission inbox in the admin, filterable by form, with full per-field detail
• A complete guide inside the plugin (1.6.0) — six walkthrough tabs in plain language: making a form, making a product, putting either on a page, getting paid, and stopping spam, with a table of every field type and when to use it
• Form styling (the Appearance step of Setup) — match every form to your brand from one screen with a live preview: colours, corner roundness, spacing, width, text size, three field styles and four button styles. Off until you switch it on
• Product pages — a product's picture, headline, description and "what's included" list turn a page holding nothing but its shortcode into a full product page. Every field optional
• Guided admin — the six-step Setup and walkthroughs on every screen, including exactly where in each payment dashboard your credentials live
• License-key updates from pbj.tech via the plugin’s own License section — and it pairs with PBJ License Manager to auto-issue keys on paid submissions

Pick Stripe, Square, or PayPal on a product, set its price, link the checkout form and save. On the front end the form renders a card field (Stripe Elements or Square) or a PayPal Smart Button. Submission and payment happen in one click — the submission is only saved if the charge succeeds, and the server verifies the amount so it can’t be tampered with. Square and PayPal offer sandbox and production side-by-side; with Stripe, test vs live is decided simply by which keys you enter.

No WooCommerce. With Purchase now the pay button is the submit button; switch a product to Add to cart and buyers can take several things through one cart and one payment.
