PBJ CRM Suite 1.46.0: Reports, Permissions and Vault Record Management
One reporting home, centralized viewing permissions, searchable multi-contact Vault pins, and uniform responsive navigation.
Released 16 August 2026: PBJ CRM 1.46.0, PBJ Vault 1.13.0, PBJ Helpdesk 2.35.0 and PBJ Invoicing 1.26.0.
This suite update makes administration feel like one system: permissions live together, reports have one searchable home, and Vault record management is built around finding and assigning records instead of scrolling IDs.
One Reports screen
PBJ CRM now has a unified Reports tab. Installed modules add their own reports there: Helpdesk supplies ticket reporting and Invoicing supplies Money owed. If a module is not installed, its report simply is not shown, leaving room for future PBJ reports without creating empty screens.
Permissions in one place
The admin tabs that did almost nothing—Tasks, Tickets and Invoices & Orders—have been removed. Viewing permissions are gathered under Settings → Permissions, while older admin links continue to lead to the correct replacement screen.
Vault records are manageable
Vault → Manage records can show All, Pinned or Unpinned records. Each record shows its current pin assignments. People, Businesses and Staff are found with search fields, and “Add another” permits multiple contacts on the same record. The manager works only with record metadata and never loads protected Vault values.
One responsive navigation rule
Portal and admin navigation now use the same 1100-pixel breakpoint. Tabs become a hamburger below it, with nested handling for subtabs, so pages no longer disagree about whether a screen is “desktop” or “mobile.” The old phone notice about Desktop being remembered has also been removed.

The earlier theme-and-everything work remains intact: complete admin takeover, genuinely distinct palettes, Florida kept as Florida with Miami as a separate bold palette, theme-authored button and font defaults, the PBJ CRM text fallback, responsive menus and notification-count refreshes on CRM page changes.
