The PBJ CRM Suite is here: CRM, Helpdesk, Invoicing and Archive

The PBJ CRM Suite is out. Four plugins that turn your own WordPress site into your customer database, your email marketing engine, your helpdesk, your billing office and your encrypted client vault — with no subscriptions, no per-seat fees, and no third party holding your data.

PBJ CRM — $50

The hub. People and businesses in one contact book with photos, custom fields, tags, notes and timelines. Imports from Square, Google, Microsoft and CSV, plus two-way sync where every change waits for your approval. A real drip email marketing engine (10–50 emails an hour, through your own mailbox) with open/click tracking, one-click unsubscribe and built-in consent records. A whole-business calendar, tasks with repeating checklists, a deals pipeline, reports with CSV export, GDPR tools, a 30-day recycle bin, and a bulk record manager. Your team works in a fast front-end portal at /crm — wp-admin is settings only.

The modules — $25 each

PBJ Helpdesk ($25) turns real email into tickets: connect your mailbox once in the CRM, collect new inbox mail, convert to tickets, and reply from your real address with proper threading. Agents are your CRM staff, tickets file themselves against known senders, spam gets blocked at the door, SLAs escalate, and clients get their own portal.

PBJ Invoicing ($25) bills the people already in your book: estimates that become invoices, a tokenized invoice page on YOUR domain with PDF and a Pay button, hosted checkout with Square, PayPal and Stripe, reminders, late fees, recurring billing, saved line items, and a “Money owed to you” screen.

PBJ Archive ($25) keeps the sensitive half of the client file — door codes, network details, licence keys — encrypted under a passphrase only you hold, pinned to the client record, revealed one field at a time with a full audit trail.

One-time pricing, spelled out

Every PBJ plugin is a one-time purchase per major version. Buy it once and every minor and patch update for that version arrives free through the built-in updater. When a new major version ships someday, that upgrade is a separate purchase only if you want it — your copy keeps working forever either way. Every license key covers 3 sites. The modules require PBJ CRM as the hub.
