PBJ Suite release — one UI for work, saved reading panes, and a shared Events calendar
One CRM-owned card, reader and workspace across the suite, plus a shared Events calendar and saved per-user reading widths.
August 24, 2026
The PBJ suite now uses one CRM-owned design for ordinary work items instead of letting every page and module draw its own version.
What changed
- One card, reader and workspace: Inbox, Tasks, Contacts, Businesses, Tickets, Mail, Triage, Texts, Calls, Dispatch Agenda and Manage, invoice lists and unlocked Vault lists now share the CRM item system.
- Practical desktop reading: item streams and reading panes resize and scroll independently. Widths are saved to the signed-in user. Phone layouts return to one-column page flow.
- Actions where they belong: multi-select and contextual actions use the breadcrumb footer; common composers, inputs, recipients, identities, explainers and checklists come from CRM.
- A shared Events calendar: Dispatch supplies the specialized Day and Week experience, CRM retains Month, and the registry includes Dispatch work, future tasks, past tickets, invoice issue/due/paid dates and active recurring invoice runs. Future modules can register work events without rebuilding Calendar.
- Field details stay honest: stored mileage is shown when supplied. The suite does not invent computed drive time.
- Names, not database numbers: task and merge surfaces prefer the available person or business name instead of exposing technical customer references.
- Phone navigation: the compact header, five destinations and filtered Find page follow the shared navigation model.
