PBJ Suite release — your settings move into the CRM, and every refusal explains itself

Six plugins shipped together: PBJ CRM 1.76.0, PBJ Helpdesk 2.57.0, PBJ Invoicing 1.42.0, PBJ Dispatch & Appointments 1.34.1, PBJ Vault 1.18.0 and PBJ RingCentral 1.11.0. This is the settings overhaul — the biggest reorganisation of where things live since the portal itself — plus everything from a week of daily field-testing. Your settings live in the product now. Almost everything that used to send you to the website admin opens in the CRM: who sees what, custom fields and deal stages, the recycle bin, file limits, notifications and marketing rules, imports, sync review, the setup...

PBJ CRM Suite UI Release — 24 August 2026

Released and verified on live: 24 August 2026. This field-tested release completes the CRM-owned UI foundation for ordinary records and work items. Installed modules now contribute normalized data and actions; PBJ CRM owns the shared cards, readers, saved workspaces, footer actions, record sections and responsive behavior. Specialized module interfaces remain exceptions, including the Dispatch Calendar. PBJ CRM 1.59.0 PBJ Helpdesk 2.46.0 PBJ Dispatch & Appointments 1.25.0 PBJ Invoicing 1.34.0 PBJ Vault 1.16.0 PBJ RingCentral 1.8.0 The release was deployed through the plugins-only...

PBJ Suite release — one UI for work, saved reading panes, and a shared Events calendar

The PBJ suite now uses one CRM-owned design for ordinary work items instead of letting every page and module draw its own version. What changed One card, reader and workspace: Inbox, Tasks, Contacts, Businesses, Tickets, Mail, Triage, Texts, Calls, Dispatch Agenda and Manage, invoice lists and unlocked Vault lists now share the CRM item system. Practical desktop reading: item streams and reading panes resize and scroll independently. Widths are saved to the signed-in user. Phone layouts return to one-column page flow. Actions where they belong: multi-select and contextual actions use the...

PBJ Suite release — nine tabs become five, a merge you can undo, and settings that stop sending you to the admin

Five plugins shipped together today: PBJ CRM 1.57.0, PBJ Helpdesk 2.44.0, PBJ Invoicing 1.32.0, PBJ Dispatch & Appointments 1.23.0 and PBJ Vault 1.14.0. Update from Plugins in your own dashboard as usual — CRM first, then the rest. Nine tabs across the top, plus a second row of pills, are now five tabs. Work, Customers, Field, Money and Insight. Everything that was there is still there — it is grouped by what you are trying to do rather than by which part of the system it came out of. The second row is gone entirely, because a menu that needs a second row is a menu that has stopped...

PBJ Suite release — one honest notification count, texts and calls that behave like email, and tick boxes everywhere

Four plugins shipped together today: PBJ CRM 1.56.0, PBJ Helpdesk 2.43.0, PBJ RingCentral 1.6.0 and PBJ Dispatch & Appointments 1.22.0. The number on the bell is now the number on the screen. The bell, the Inbox and the rows in the Notifications menu are one number, worked out in one place from one rule: something counts when it is due today or earlier, or when it is open with no due date. An open ticket counts once — “replied” is shown on the row and never added on top of it. A visit counts on its own day, not all the week before. Anything sitting in an inbox counts....

PBJ Suite release — guided imports, the business/person split, and one card design everywhere

Three plugins shipped together today: PBJ CRM 1.55.0, PBJ Helpdesk 2.42.0 and PBJ Dispatch & Appointments 1.21.0. Imports stop overwriting people silently. When an import matches somebody already in your CRM, the change now waits for your approval — person by person, field by field — and every run has a viewable history. Business records are never touched by an import or by sync at all: a business only changes when a person changes it. And a record that is really a business AND a person can now be split into both, each detail going where you say, with each connected service following...

PBJ RingCentral 1.2: reliable sync, visible health, and a cleaner inbox

PBJ RingCentral 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 are out, and together they fix the failure that mattered most: an inbox that quietly stayed empty. The background sync can no longer be silenced. Production RingCentral rejected the webhook subscription on some installs, and in 1.1.0 that single failure stopped the entire five-minute sync — no inbound texts, no calls, no voicemail, and nothing on screen to say so. Now a subscription failure is recorded and the sync always runs; every stream (messages, voicemail, calls, transcripts) fails independently; the subscription retries with a shorter verification...

PBJ CRM suite — communication, completion and mobile workflow release

Five coordinated PBJ CRM-suite updates are now live: PBJ CRM 1.49.0, Helpdesk 2.37.0, Invoicing 1.28.0, Dispatch 1.18.0, and RingCentral 1.0.1. Communication that follows the work Tickets, invoices and dispatch records can default replies to the usable inbound method—email, text or phone—and require an explicit choice when there is no usable origin. RingCentral adds separate Text messages and Calls & voicemail workspaces, shared or personal connections, searchable CRM phone recipients, and Text/Call choices from a CRM phone number. Safer completion and invoicing Helpdesk saves or...

PBJ Forms & Products 2.0.1: Semantic admin themes

PBJ Forms & Products 2.0.1 is out. This release fixes admin-theme contrast at the system level: setup steps, controls, cards, notices, and layout surfaces now consume one semantic PBJ admin contract instead of relying on one-off selectors. One contract, complete states Foreground, background, border, focus, hover, active, disabled, read-only, invalid, and progress-step states are paired deliberately. The result stays readable across light, dark, and high-accent palettes—including the toolbar icons and active primary actions that exposed the old split ownership. Built to stand alone PBJ...
